All properties are family owned and managed. Paul Krause has lived and worked in Chico since 1980. Adam Krause was born in Chico, graduated from Chico High, and after college returned to Chico because he enjoys the local lifestyle. While away at college he lived in varied accommodations, apartments and houses, good and not so good, and is aware of the many issues students encounter when seeking accommodations.
